Quirpon Lighthouse Inn

As you drift off to sleep in our cozy inn, on the craggy coast of an untouched island, let the powerful North Atlantic surf remind you of the hardy generations of light-keepers that went before. In this isolated corner of the globe, nature remains untouched and untamed. At dawn, be sure to introduce yourself to your only neighbours – the great whales migrating past your doorstep. Humpback, Orca, Minke and other cetacean colossi can be observed from the panoramic view of our whale watching station or helipad. Next, take a day to explore the natural beauty and historic remnants of this unique and special place. Quirpon is located north of Gros Morne National Park, near to the Vking site at L'Anse aux Meadows.
