Alpine Milk Vetch
This low creeping perennial grow on limestone barrens across the Arctic. Rare in Newfoundland, it is found at just two sites at the tip of the Great Northern Peninsula - Quirpon Island and Burnt Island. It has delicate white and purple-streaked pea-tpe flowers and compound leaves with several pairs of oval leaflets.
